Pailebot Logbook is operated by Pailebote Digital, S.A.S. de C.V., a company established in Mexico (pailebote.com.mx). Contact contact@pailebot.com about these terms, corrections, reuse or security concerns.
These terms cover this informational blog at logbook.pailebot.com, not a software licence or a professional-services contract. Reading the blog is free: it does not create a purchase, subscription, support agreement or charge. This version has no advertisements, paid content, accounts or public comment section.
2. Educational cybersecurity content
Articles offer general information, explanations and opinions. They are not individualized security, legal or other professional advice, an official threat alert, or a guarantee that a system or website is safe. Threats, software and instructions change; an article’s publication date matters. Check important instructions against current primary sources and your own environment before using them.
Use security techniques only on systems you own or are authorized to assess. Reading an example does not grant permission to access someone else’s systems. Consider backups and the consequences before changing settings or executing commands. If you find an error, tell us through the contact email.

Unless an article explicitly identifies material under another licence, our original article text and its authorized translations are offered under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0). The authors retain their rights while granting these reuse permissions.

4. Materials outside the article-text licence
The article licence does not cover Pailebot or Pailebote Digital names, logos or trademarks; the site’s visual design or software; private correspondence; or third-party photographs, screenshots, quotations and other material whose rights we do not hold. Those materials retain their applicable rights and licences. A link, citation or embedded illustration does not mean we can license someone else’s work to you. Images and other assets are included only when explicitly identified as licensed for that reuse.
Do not present your website, product or service as operated, sponsored or endorsed by us without authorization. These terms do not override the open-source or other licence applicable to software distributed separately.
5. Lawful use and email
Use the site lawfully. Do not impersonate us or other people, introduce malware, attempt unauthorized access, or deliberately interfere with the site or its infrastructure. Legitimate reuse allowed by CC BY 4.0, ordinary indexing and lawful security reporting are not prohibited by this clause.
Send only information you are entitled to share and that is necessary for your message. An initial email is not a confidentiality agreement, a services contract or a promise of a particular response time. Ask us to arrange suitable conditions before sending confidential material. Personal information is handled as described in our privacy policy.

External links provide context and may open in a separate tab. We do not control the content, availability or practices of third-party sites; a link does not establish affiliation or endorsement. Review the destination’s terms and privacy information before providing data or downloading anything.
We publish articles in several languages. Translations may be revised, and experimental versions are identified on the relevant article. Compare the linked source if wording is unclear and send corrections. Do not rely on a translation alone for a high-impact security decision. The English and Spanish legal pages are intended to express the same conditions; applicable law and mandatory rights govern if there is a discrepancy.

We work to provide useful, accurate information, but articles can contain errors or become outdated, and the site can be interrupted by maintenance, technical incidents or circumstances beyond our control. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, complete threat coverage or a particular security outcome from reading an article.
These terms do not exclude responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded, excuse unlawful conduct, or restrict non-waivable consumer or data-protection rights. They do not replace an assessment of your specific circumstances or any separate agreement you have with us.
